A useful book about artificial intelligence

People who are not too deeply familiar with the problems of artificial intelligence, but interested in them, we have to get acquainted with the achievements in this field through journal articles, full of exaggerations and false information. As a result, many people know about the incredible opportunities already working quantum computers, artificial neural networks or digital evolution, which is about to have the first artificial intelligence. Behind all this are real scientific discoveries, but their retelling of the people seeking for sensationalism is nothing more than a fiction. Real discoveries that constitute the very essence of progress in a particular scientific area described in the literature understandable only to professionals. It is extremely difficult to present them in a clear and interesting to the layman form. However, it managed to do this author in the book. It is not only in an accessible form presents the basic information from the AI area, but also debunked many of the myths common in the popular scientific environment, and even scheduled a very real, and not fantastic way, which can lead to the creation of real artificial intelligence.

PS: Personally, I can only add that this is the first book on AI that I was able to master. Attempts to reach the end in other journals, despite the interest in this area ended in nothing, because of my lack of expertise.
